Pentingnya memiliki tingkat self efficacy yang baik dapat membantu mahasiswa mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi selama proses menyelesaikan studi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh psikoterapi shalat terhadap peningkatan self efficacy selama penyelesaian tugas akhir pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 127 mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa psikoterapi shalat memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan self efficacy selama penyelesaian tugas akhir pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi
